Managing Director
Bo founded BD Asia Consulting in Shanghai China, followed by company presence in Singapore as gateway to ASEAN market in 2019. She had been working as sales and marketing communication roles in IT industry after graduated from university in China. After pursuing her Master Degree in France, she started to work as strategic sourcing professional in multi leading roles across Europe and Asia Pacific region.
Bo has been working in different industry leading companies as Alcatel-Lucent, L‘Oréal, Procter & Gamble, LVMH Group in Europe and Asia. She has led different projects in EMEA and APAC region including purchasing organization transformation, cross function sourcing process set up & optimization, M&A transactions negotiation and purchasing lead for green field project up to hundreds millions of Euros investment across the region in past decade.
She is currently the Member of Board Directors of Belgium Luxembourg Business Group Singapore and active member of different European –Asian business communities.
Bo holds a Master Degree from Ecole de Management Grenoble, France and Executive Program Certificate in Leadership & Negotiation from Harvard University, Boston, USA.

Christina LEE
Christina is deeply passionate about sustainability & Green business. She founded Global Green Economic Consulting (GGEC) in 2012, followed by the launch of inaugural GGEF in 2013.
Christina has been appointed as Asia Managing Director of the leading global business media, Bloomberg Businessweek (formerly known as BusinessWeek) where she worked for 12 years. Actively in supporting media industry and business communities, Christina was the Deputy Chairman of SOPA (The Society of Publishers in Asia) and Chairman of its China Projects Group Sub-Committee.
She is currently the advisor of Tsinghua University x-lab, a board of director of Canaan Garden Charity and permanent member of Chiu Chow Chamber of Commerce & the Youth Elite Association in Hong Kong.
Christina holds a Masters Degree in Management from Macquarie University (MGSM), Sydney, Australia.
Els Van POUCKE
Els is a professional attorney- at- law practising in different business sectors in South East Asia & Europe with expertise in international M&A, cross border negotiation, contract management, and international arbitration.
Els has been living in Singapore & Belgium, and she has been serving as President of Belgium & Luxembourg Business Group and Secretary General of European chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
Els holds a Master Degree of Law from University of Ghent, Belgium.
Janne LAUTANALA
Janne is an accomplished digital business leader with more than 20 years of professional experience in leading organizations like Accenture, Avanade, Wärtsilä and Nokia. He currently works as Chief Ecosystem and Technology Officer at Traffic Management Finland.
Throughout his career, Janne has successfully established and grown innovation programs, delivered projects and established operational capabilities in Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions. As a recognized innovation leader and Industry expert, Janne had contributed speeches about Innovation and Information Management topics in a number of public events, television and media in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Janne owns a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Majoring in telecommunications technology from Aalto University , Helsinki, Finland.
Philip ZHANG
Philip is a certified Theory of Constraints (TOC) expert in Operations, Supply Chain & Project Management. He has been a TOC practitioner for over 15 years, including contribution for Goldratt Consulting’s flagship project in China. He is one of the first TOC practitioners formally trained by Goldratt Group in India and projects led by him had achieved excellent results.
Prior his consultant role, Philip has been working in different world leading companies as Bekaert, Alcatel-Lucent, Schneider Electric. He has been director of Supply Chain Innovation and Facilitation Center in Shanghai KEDGE Business School.
Philip owns a MBA in Finance from Ecole de Management de Marseille, France.
Bobby WANG
Bobby is the president of Green lab and distinguished consultant in the fields of procurement, negotiation, and supply chain. As highly experienced expert, he is currently Guest Professor of EMBA and Executive programs for different top universities in China as Tsinghua University, Fudan university, Zhejiang Universities. MCIPS and Authorised trainer of Chartered Institution of Purchasing and Supply Chain (CIPS) for CIPS Program, and The Institute of Supply chain Management (ISM) CPSM program.
Before he dedicated to management consultancy role, he has been working as Global CPO for Haider Group , Vice President of purchasing and supply chain for Elcoteq group, Regional Director Procurement and Sourcing for Dell Asia Pacific, Alcatel Asia Pacific region.
Bobby holds a Master Degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China.
